HSBC Global Service Center in Mexico is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst Pricing to join MSS Data Ops. This role supports Pricing information across HSBC Group entities and interacts with Global Markets and Securities Services clients worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have strong English, knowledge of Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, and FX, plus experience with Refinitiv and Bloomberg data feeds. Night/rotation shifts may be required.

Formación

• Fluent in English – spoken and written.
• MS Office proficiency including Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives & FX products and Money Market.
• Experience with Refinitiv and Bloomberg data feeds.
• Excellent attention to detail and initiative.
• Knowledge of Derivatives/Fixed Income/Equities/FX rates.
• Ability to work night/rotation shifts.

• Deliver high-quality customer-driven service with accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism.
• Understand and deliver excellent customer service; process instructions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify and design improvements in process workflows.
• Monitor for errors and escalate issues per procedures in a timely manner.
• Follow Group policies and internal controls; support internal/external audits.
• Maintain knowledge of procedures and ensure work complies with timeframes.
• Investigate and resolve issues effectively with recommendations.
• Be flexible with work timings to meet urgent demands.
