Schneider Electric in Mexico seeks a Senior Power Electronics Engineer to manage maintenance for variable speed drives in the North American market. You will handle electrical design, schematics, and UL certification compliance across the product lifecycle.

The role requires leadership, clear communication, and experience with drive products. Multicultural collaboration and English fluency are essential as you work with global teams and suppliers.

Formación

• Experience in Power Electronics design engineering (Electrical system design and schematics).
• Experience in UL certification processes.
• Knowledge of Variable Speed Drives and power conversion.
• Fluent in English with multicultural/multi-site collaboration experience.
• Leadership capabilities and clear communication required.
• Experience with Drive products and project leadership is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and ensure product maintenance for variable speed drives for the North American market.
• Electrical design on enclosed products and creation of electrical schematics.
• Ensure UL certification requirements are respected across the product lifecycle.
• Identify risks and implement corrective action plans; enable decision making.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Verification & Validation, Industrialization, Purchasing, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
