Amazon Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager for the Seller Fulfillment Experience (SFX) to own product vision, strategic roadmap, and end-to-end delivery across Brazil, Mexico, and Australia.

You will influence multiple stakeholders and translate seller needs into scalable experiences that improve adoption and operational efficiency. You will partner with engineering, UX, data science, and finance, write PRFAQs, and present to VP/Director-level leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing and advocating for various customers and stakeholders during executive prioritization and planning.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the product strategy for a major product area within FBA seller experience across multiple geographies.
• Own complex, ambiguous problem spaces; frame problems and drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Write and present high-quality product narratives to leadership, securing buy-in for investments.
• Lead cross-functional product development across engineering, UX, data science, operations, and finance.
• Establish and monitor key business metrics to track product performance at scale.
• Drive data-driven experimentation and decision making to validate assumptions quickly.
