Scribd, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead consumer experiences across Everand and Fable. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and cross‑functional execution with engineering, design, research, and data teams to deliver features that improve engagement and reader satisfaction.

You will partner with data scientists on ML-powered recommendations, ranking, and search while balancing qualitative and quantitative insights to create delightful book discovery experiences.

Formación

• 5+ years of product management experience on consumer products at scale.
• Experience with native mobile apps and subscriptions is a plus.
• Track record turning pain points into strategy and roadmaps.
• Fluency partnering with engineers and data scientists on ML experiences.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Sharp product sense with delightful consumer experiences.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Passion for books and reading.

Responsabilidades

• Own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for squad across Everand and Fable.
• Lead a cross-functional squad with engineering, design, research, and data to ship features.
• Balance large investments with continuous experimentation to improve engagement.
• Combine qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions.
• Partner with data science and engineering on recommendation, ranking, and search systems.
• Create experiences blending design, editorial insight, and algorithms to help readers discover new reads.
