You will lead modernization workstreams, migrate legacy apps into a Microfrontend ecosystem, and ensure performance, developer experience, and user impact remain high. Formación

• 6+ years of professional frontend software engineering experience.
• Deep experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js or similar modern web frameworks.
• Familiarity with Microfrontend architectures, monorepos, or shared frontend platforms.
• Strong understanding of web performance, bundling, and optimization techniques.
• Experience collaborating with backend and platform teams to define clean integration patterns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; thrives in a remote, documentation-driven culture.
• Highly collaborative: partners closely with product, design, and backend to deliver end-to-end features.
