Scribd, Inc. seeks a Lead Product Manager, Recommendations to own the recommendations experience for 200M monthly visitors, surfacing content across 300M documents. You will shape a compelling vision at the intersection of ML and product, define key metrics, and run experiments to deliver breakthrough features with cross-team collaboration.

You will partner with engineering, analytics, data science, design, and ML teams to translate research into scalable, user-centric personalization.

Formación

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years leading recommendations or search products in a high-traffic consumer environment.
• Demonstrated success shipping ML-driven features with impact on engagement, conversion or revenue.
• Deep familiarity with retrieval and ranking algorithms, embeddings, and feature stores.
• Ability to reason about end-to-end customer journeys for distinct user segments.

Responsabilidades

• Chart the long-term recommendations strategy with a multi-year roadmap across candidate generation, ranking, and results presentation.
• Partner with ML Engineering & Applied Research to translate research into production systems.
• Define metrics that matter: engagement, click-through, content completion, and subscription retention.
• Balance short-term wins with long-term vision; ship relevance improvements aligned with AI strategy.
• Synthesize experiment results and user feedback to inform prioritization and design.
• Communicate requirements, timelines and impact clearly to stakeholders.
