Neumo is seeking back-end engineers for its Platform team. You will design, build, and operate shared services used by multiple products, focusing on reliability, security, and multi-tenancy from day one.

Expect architectural work, production-grade refactoring, and collaboration with product teams to translate requirements into scalable platform APIs. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in back-end development with Node.js, experience building RESTful APIs and microservices, and solid AWS serverless

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of back-end engineering experience with Node.js.
• Strong experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Solid PostgreSQL experience.
• Hands-on AWS serverless experience and IaC familiarity.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools in production codebases.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, build, and operate shared back-end services in Node.js used across Neumo's product portfolio.
• Design for multi-tenancy with tenant isolation and per-tenant configuration.
• Build event-driven, serverless systems on AWS (Lambda, EventBridge, SQS/SNS, S3, RDS, Redshift).
• Own services in production: monitoring, tracing, alerting, and incident response.
• Write and maintain automated tests across unit, integration, and regression layers with high coverage.
• Ensure security as part of definition of done: secrets management, vulnerability remediation, PCI-related considerations.
