Brillio is seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and scale high-performance backend and mid-tier services. You will focus on cloud-native, API-driven platforms using Golang as the primary language, complemented by Java and Python for multi-service ecosystems.

You will collaborate with product, frontend, and platform teams in an agile environment to deliver scalable, secure systems with strong ownership, observability, and CI/CD discipline.

Formación

• 6–10+ years of backend or platform engineering experience in enterprise or product-driven environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Golang, with real-world production-grade services.
• Solid experience with Java and/or Python for backend or mid-tier development.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and API design.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain backend and mid-tier services using Golang as the primary language.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-throughput RESTful and event-driven APIs for enterprise platforms.
• Contribute to backend services written in Java and Python, supporting interoperability across systems.
• Develop microservices and middleware components that enable seamless integration across internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, performance tuning, and observability.
• Participate in system design discussions, contributing to architecture, scalability, and resilience decisions.
• Support cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and production operations with a strong ownership mindset.
