Johnson Controls in Monterrey seeks a Plant Quality Manager to lead the site quality organization and ensure the efficacy of the plant's QMS. You will drive product and process conformity, customer satisfaction, and continual reduction of quality risks and costs.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Supplier Quality, Warranty, Service and Regional Quality leadership to foster a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement across the site.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years in manufacturing quality roles with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, audits, corrective actions and process controls.
• Experience with APQP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC and control plans.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site quality organization and align with plant leadership.
• Develop and execute the plant quality strategy and objectives.
• Maintain and improve the site QMS and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee audits, CAPA, calibration, traceability, and record retention.
• Drive quality across receiving, fabrication, assembly, testing, and shipping.
• Lead containment, RCA, and customer communications for quality issues.
