Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. in Fort Collins, Colorado, USA, seeks a Production Planner to ensure 100% on-time delivery of PCBA manufacture by aligning capacity with the production schedule.

You will coordinate with suppliers and sub-contractors to minimize lead times and inventory, while maintaining accurate shop floor data. The role demands strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities, plus experience in a dynamic manufacturing setting, preferably PCBA/SMT.

Formación

• Ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively, in writing and orally.
• Respond quickly and decisively to changing requirements in demand, product, and material.
• Strong judgement and initiative with multiple priorities.
• Three to five years of production planning or material management experience in manufacturing (ideally PCBA/SMT).
• Experience in high mix/low volume, pull-based manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Manage flow of PCBA through production and subcontractors to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Coordinate production planning, material control, shop floor scheduling and labor capacity.
• Prepare and issue shop floor documentation to meet schedule.
• Resolve shortages, backlogs, and interruptions to the production plan.
• Communicate delays and resolve delivery queries with customers.
