Job summary

Nutanix is seeking a dynamic Partner Program Manager to join our Support organization. You will manage and strengthen OEM and technical partner relationships, collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to drive successful programs and customer outcomes.

You will identify process improvements, drive partner satisfaction, and monitor performance metrics while maintaining clear communication with sponsors and stakeholders. Hybrid work arrangement with some in-office presence.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Program Manager to join our Support organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and driving successful and active relationships with our OEM and technical partners. You will work cross-functionally with various internal teams, including Sales, Engineering, and other functional groups, to ensure seamless collaboration and support.

Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
