John Deere in Ramos Arizpe is seeking an ME OFP PAINT SR to contribute to design and improvement of manufacturing processes in a paint environment. You will analyze information, specify methods, and support plant equipment optimization to meet cost and quality targets.

The role requires an engineering degree (Industrial/Mechanical/Chemical) and at least 3 years of paint systems experience, with knowledge of pretreatment and ecoat processes. Legal work permits for the country are needed.

Formación

Industrial, Mechanical or Chemical Engineer degree required.
3+ years of experience in paint systems management is expected.
Knowledge of pretreatment, ecoat, and paint process controls is preferred.

Responsabilidades

Contribute to analysis of information and specification of methods and processes for plant, machinery, and equipment to design and improve manufacturing or materials processes.
Design engineering solutions and supervise feasibility testing to support development and validation of engineering solutions.
Draft engineering standards and specifications and evaluate their effectiveness, coordinating with senior colleagues.
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers within an established contract management plan and ensure conformance with specifications.
