The role involves troubleshooting, PFMEA support, and environmental compliance within paint operations on the manufacturing floor. You will coordinate with production, maintenance, suppliers and engineering to advance process improvements, document procedures and drive cost reductions while ensuring safety and housekeeping

Qualifications

• Maintain paint processes for vehicle production.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and implement actions.
• Support implementation of new paint processes and equipment.
• Coordinate cross-shift communication to sustain performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure paint processes are maintained and running effectively for vehicle production.
• Problem-solve by analyzing data, identifying root causes, and implementing plans.
• Support deployment of new processes and equipment.
• Communicate across shifts and departments to share best practices.
• Maintain process documentation and pursue cost/quality improvements.
• Promote safety and coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams.
• Align with EMS and QMS policies during operations.
