Analyst, Process Enablement – Supply Chain to provide expert support for end-to-end supply chain processes. You will triage issues, clarify functions, and enable adoption of global templates and procedures within Oracle EBS. You will serve as a dedicated super user, collaborating with the Business Process Enablement Lead and Training & Knowledge Coordinator, ensuring accurate issue resolution and knowledge transfer across Order Management, Purchasing, Quoting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, IT, or related field.
• 2-4 years in Oracle EBS functional support or business process enablement.
• Experience handling module-specific user queries and functional triage.
• Exposure to Oracle EBS module workflows and business process operations in a field services or aftermarket services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
• Ability to provide clear process guidance to business users and document requirements for ERP delivery teams.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle EBS supply chain modules (ONT, PR/PO, ADV QP, Project MFG, Project MGT, OTL, BILL, HRMS).
• Proficiency in process mapping, transaction flows, and exception handling.

Responsibilities

• Supports Oracle EBS supply chain modules including ONT, PR/PO, ADV QP, MFG, MGT, OTL, BILL, HRMS.
• Owns resolution of service module-specific issues from triage through escalation.
• Documents business requirements and assesses process impacts related to service processes.
• Provides updates on solution design, implemented fixes, and resolved tickets.
• Interfaces with business functions, Enablement Lead, and Training & Knowledge Coordinator.
• Escalates unresolved issues to ERP Second Level Support on IT side.
• Performs structured functional triage before ticket creation and root-cause categorization.
• Handles module-specific user queries and functional triage across Order Management, Purchasing, Quoting.
