Job summary

Vertiv Co is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Process Enablement – Supply Chain to provide structured support for end-to-end supply chain processes. The role acts as a dedicated super user, clarifying functionality, triaging issues, and enabling adoption of global templates and procedures.

Reports to the Manager, Process Enablement. The position involves working with Oracle EBS modules across Order Management, Purchasing, Quoting, and related areas, with travel around 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred.
• 2–4 years in Oracle EBS functional support or business process enablement.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is mandatory.
• Experience handling module-specific user queries and functional triage.
• Exposure to Oracle EBS module workflows and ERP delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve Oracle EBS–related issues from initial triage to escalation.
• Document business requirements and assess process impacts for service processes.
• Provide updates on solution design, fixes, and resolved tickets.
• Interface with business functions, Enablement Lead, and Training Coordinator on the business side.
• Escalate unresolved issues to ERP Second Level Support.
