Confidential seeks a Senior Oracle EBS Finance Techno-Functional Consultant (Mexico Localization) for remote work in Mexico. You will manage L2/L3 support for Oracle EBS Finance, ensure compliance with CFDI, SAT, and tax rules, and lead local regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS Finance techno-functional experience.
• Core modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Purchasing, Project Accounting, iExpense, iReceivables, iSupplier.
• Strong Mexico fiscal requirements knowledge: CFDI, SAT, tax rules, statutory reports.
• Proficient in PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Unix Shell Scripting; able to debug concurrent programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle EBS Finance and drive P1 resolution under SLAs.
• Lead Mexico localization & compliance efforts including CFDI invoicing, withholding tax configurations, and regulatory reporting.
• Lead and mentor junior consultants; coordinate with users, Oracle Support, and vendors for patches and fixes.
• Maintain SOPs, KEDB, RCA reports, and functional/technical specifications.
