TPE de México, S. de R.L. de C.V. seeks a Director of Operational Excellence & Transformation to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. You will blend Lean, digital manufacturing, automation governance, and change leadership to deliver sustainable business results.

This strategic partner will work with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Executives to identify, prioritize, and sustain improvements across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• MBA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives to improve productivity, quality, customer delivery performance, cost competitiveness, and capability.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Executive Leadership to identify, prioritize, and sustain improvements.
• Oversee transformation portfolio management and governance for automation, digital manufacturing, and change leadership.
• Develop and communicate compelling business cases and measure financial performance of initiatives.
• Build organizational capability through coaching, talent development, and cross-functional leadership.

Position Summary

The Director of Operational Excellence & Transformation is responsible for leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that improve productivity, quality, customer delivery performance, cost competitiveness, and organizational capability. This role integrates Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Digital Transformation, Automation Governance and Change Leadership into a single operating model focused on sustainable business results.

The position serves as a strategic partner to Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Executive Leadership to identify, prioritize, execute, and sustain business improvements.

• Proven experience managing large transformation programs.
• Experience with automation and digital manufacturing initiatives.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt
