Flex is seeking a Production Manager to lead the production floor in Guadalajara, North Campus. You will oversee production supervisors, control costs, and align manufacturing activities with the strategic plan and budget.

Reporting to the Operations Engineering Manager, you will drive capacity, quality, and on-time delivery, working with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain partners to meet customer demand and sustain process improvements.

Formación

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience as Operation Manager.
• Knowledge of electronics assembly processes.
• Experience with production control systems and English.

Responsabilidades

• Guide department activities to support new product designs and production improvements.
• Forecast operating costs and assist with budget requests.
• Schedule production and allocate resources to meet customer demand.
