Flex in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking an experienced Operations Engineering Manager to lead engineering processes and cost controls in a dynamic manufacturing setting. You will direct production methods, oversee SMT and backend processes, and collaborate with executives and customers to meet strategic objectives.

You will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, participate in budgeting, and drive corrective actions for manufacturing challenges while partnering with leadership to deliver

Formación

• Senior management experience leading teams at manager level.
• Experience managing other functional managers and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English communication skills for customer and leadership discussions.
• Strong background in manufacturing processes for test equipment and production environments.

Responsabilidades

• Directs planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of engineering processes and procedures.
• Oversees methods, processes, and operations for new and existing products.
• Manages resources to produce cost-effective, quality products and customer solutions.
• Reviews customer contracts and designs, outlining requirements and considerations.
• Leads engineers and staff; plans and controls budgets and costs.
