Reporting to the Head of Legal, Strategy & Operations, this individual will provide valuable support to various aspects of the Team's operational work, and will assist our user community by providing guidance on the tools used by the legal department such as Ironclad CLM, DocuSign eSignature, MS Office, SharePoint, and Teams. The selected candidate should strive for continuous service improvement and provide efficient and effective support to end users. They should display sound judgment when making decisions and demonstrate initiative when a situation calls for action. The candidate will help to drive adoption of our operational systems and processes, while providing world-class support and service to our user community.
