Harbour Energy in Mexico City is seeking an experienced logistics and supply chain professional to lead tendering, contracting and supplier management for offshore/onshore project support. You will ensure effective material control, procurement execution and compliance under Mexican regulations.

The role requires deep knowledge of the Mexican oil & gas market, strong stakeholder coordination, and a track record of delivering cost-efficient, compliant logistics solutions in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in ERP systems and supply chain tools.
• Solid understanding of inventory control, transportation, vendor service execution, experience in oil & gas sector.

Responsabilités

• Lead tendering, negotiation, supplier evaluation and contract administration across logistics.
• Ensure material control, storage, traceability and dispatch in offshore/onshore projects.
• Monitor shipments and resolve issues to maintain continuous operations.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican customs laws and import/export procedures.
• Coordinate inputs from cross-functional stakeholders for balanced tender evaluations.
