Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Observability Engineer to lead enterprise observability initiatives across a global tech estate, focusing on Datadog and AI-powered reliability. You will architect scalable solutions and mentor engineers, shaping operational excellence and business outcomes.

The role spans infrastructure, networks, cloud, and applications with a strong emphasis on automation, SRE practices, and incident response across APAC, AMER, and EMEA regions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 5–8+ years in observability/SRE/infra or equivalent.
• Deep Datadog experience in large-scale enterprise environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise observability design and implementation across regions.
• Build and optimize Datadog dashboards, monitors, SLIs/SLOs, and AI-assisted tooling.
• Drive automation using Rundeck, Ansible, and scripting to standardize onboarding and remediation.
• Collaborate with global teams to integrate observability with CI/CD and cloud platforms.
