Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Staff Software Engineer (Data) to lead the enterprise data platform strategy and architecture. You will consolidate siloed systems into a unified data layer and mentor multiple engineering teams to deliver data-driven insights across the organization.

In this on-site role in Jalisco, you will partner with executives and product teams to define roadmaps, build scalable data solutions, and establish governance and MLOps practices for production-grade

Formación

• 10+ years in data engineering with enterprise-scale platforms.
• 5+ years cloud experience (Azure or AWS) with Databricks and related services.
• Strong programming in Python, Java, and Scala with PySpark expertise.
• Expert data modeling, architecture, and scalable data systems.
• ML lifecycle, MLOps, governance, and production ML systems.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL, vector databases, and knowledge graphs.
• Proven leadership, mentoring engineers and delivering cross-team initiatives.
