HP is seeking a Senior Manager, New Product Introduction Operations to lead the operational backbone of NPI within Creative Services. You will guide the team, set standards, and build governance to keep NPI workflows accurate, scalable, and launch-ready across Marketing, Creative Services, and system owners.

You will own end-to-end NPI setup in Workfront, ensure metadata and DAM readiness, and provide dashboards and visibility to partners.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Operations, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in creative operations, marketing operations, production operations, or workflow management.
• 8–10 years of people management experience preferred.
• Experience with Workfront or similar workflow/project management systems strongly preferred.
• Experience with DAM platforms, NPI processes, or creative production environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of NPI Operations PMs, ensuring clarity in roles, expectations, and growth paths.
• Set the operational direction for NPI workflows, including standards, templates, governance, and quality expectations.
• Oversee staffing, workload balancing, and team rhythms to ensure consistent delivery across a high-volume workflow environment.
• Own the end-to-end operational strategy for NPI setup in Workfront, ensuring workflows scale across product lines, configurations, and release cycles.
• Ensure operational requirements are met with precision—from SKU-level setup to metadata accuracy and DAM readiness.
