Responsibilities include advising management, supervising engineering staff, and ensuring compliance to standards. A bachelor's degree in engineering and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish are required.

Formación

• Over 7 years of experience as an Engineering Manager in the medical devices industry.
• Experience in production of medical devices.
• Experience in the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.

Responsabilidades

• Advise Management on Engineering problems and assist the Production Manager.
• Formulate, negotiate, and manage the department's objectives and budgets.
• Responsible for overseeing plant layouts and engineering staff development.

Design of Experiments (DOE)

Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)

Total Quality Management (TQM)

Educación

Bachelor's degree in an engineering field
