Qualifications

• Experience in project management.
• Able to plan and provide input to PP cycle and budgeting for transitions and NPD.
• Engineering degree preferred.
• English 85-95% (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills.
• 3–5 years in a similar position.
• Proactive and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of New Product Development and Transition projects using PM tools and standard transition process.
• Deploy Pro Launch methodologies and processes within the business unit.
• Monitor Capex, milestones, and financial performance in projects.
• Create detailed plans identifying critical path, risks, and mitigations.
• Prioritize tasks, manage assignments, and ensure optimal resource use.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to keep goals on track.
• Report status and elevate risks to Sr. Management.
• Provide leadership and act as a go-to person for the team.
