TE Connectivity Hermosillo is seeking a Staff Project Engineer to coordinate, develop and monitor the implementation of organizational projects aligned with business goals. You will lead core teams, manage resources and ensure staffing for success.

Qualifications include 7–10 years in project management, knowledge of PM techniques and manufacturing processes, plus excellent English. PMP certification is preferred and experience navigating matrix organizations is valued.

Formación

• 7–10 years working experience in project management area or equivalent.
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of a matrix organization and how to navigate it.
• Project management expertise to drive time to market balanced with commitment to quality.
• Good oral English.
• Qualification in project management or equivalent, PMP is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Take total ownership of one or more New Product Development projects.
• Lead the Core Team toward a common objective.
• Manage resources and ensure the project is staffed for success.
• Negotiate with functional managers and PAC to alleviate resource constraints.
• Discipline the System and ensure development process adherence.
• Keep team focused on responsibilities and contract date.
• Report project status to PAC after contract date.
• Be proactive to take actions and get things done.
• Resolve conflict and controversial issues.
