TE Connectivity Hermosillo, Sonora, MX, seeks a Manager, Project Management – Engineering to lead a portfolio of Automotive projects from concept through launch and sustaining phases. This role requires strong leadership, technical aptitude, and cross-functional influence in a fast-paced global environment.

The successful candidate will manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks across NPD/ADP/TDP/VAVE initiatives and coordinate with Core Teams and customers, while traveling up to 25% as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or project management.
• Minimum 3 years leading large-scale cross-functional projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization.
• Solid understanding of general accounting principles.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes including injection molding, plating, stamping, machining, and assembly.
• Experience with NPD, ADP, TDP, VAVE, sustaining, capacity, and process transfer projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet scope, quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to align with business objectives and financial plans.
• Plan and lead Stage Gate reviews; ensure integrity of project deliverables.
• Ensure PMO governance processes, Stage Gate requirements, and project management standards.
• Establish, maintain, and communicate project schedules and portfolio status in Planisware.
• Identify and secure necessary project resources; coordinate availability across functions.
• Conduct project closeout meetings and lessons learned reviews.
• Partner with functional leaders to prioritize project portfolios and balance resource constraints.
• Escalate capacity and resource conflicts and recommend prioritization alternatives.
• Accountable for managing a portfolio of concurrent projects and balancing competing priorities.
