Capgemini Mexico is seeking a Senior Network Engineer – Audio Visual & Telecom Specialist to secure, resilient, and high-performing networks, telecom, AV, and security across manufacturing and corporate environments. You will bridge business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to drive infrastructure initiatives and support mission-critical operations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support enterprise network, telecom, AV, and security infra across manufacturing and corporate environments.
• Primary contact for business units on network/telecom/AV requirements.
• Coordinate vendors, quotations, purchase orders, and service deliveries.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management via ServiceNow.
• Support firewall, VPN, NAC, micro-segmentation, and Zero Trust initiatives.
• Review cloud connectivity and hybrid network architectures.
• Plan maintenance windows, upgrades, patches, and lifecycle activities.
• Analyze incidents via packet captures, logs, and monitoring tools.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and audits.
• Create executive communications and infra diagrams.
