Job summary

LTM is seeking a senior software engineer in Mexico to drive full-stack development with C# and .NET Core, strong SQL expertise and experience building RESTful APIs. You will deliver scalable frontend, backend and data-layer solutions, leverage AWS services (including serverless) and AWS CDK for infrastructure, and collaborate with distributed teams.

Experience with CI/CD, unit testing (NUnit/xUnit), TDD, and Agile/SAFe practices is required to ensure code quality and timely delivery across

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of software development experience.
• Hands-on C# and .NET Core (.NET 6/8).
• Experience developing scalable full-stack applications across frontend, backend, and data layers.
• Strong expertise in SQL, including writing complex queries, scripts, and database interactions.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of API documentation standards using Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Hands-on experience with AWS application and API development.
• Experience with serverless and event-driven architectures.
• Experience using AWS CDK for infrastructure provisioning and template consumption.
• Knowledge of AWS monitoring and observability tools, including CloudWatch and AWS X-Ray.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Git-based workflows.
• Strong experience with unit testing frameworks such as NUnit and xUnit.
• Experience applying Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
• Ability to maintain code quality standards, test coverage, and API documentation.
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Participation in sprint ceremonies, PI Planning, and iterative delivery practices.
• Proven ability to work effectively within remote and globally distributed teams.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
