Job summary
HCLTech is a global technology company seeking software engineers to help design and build scalable backend services using .NET and ASP.NET Core, with Angular/TypeScript front-end work where applicable. The role emphasizes REST API design, DynamoDB data modeling, and cloud-native deployments in AWS, including serverless patterns.
Candidates should be comfortable with CI/CD, GitHub/Azure DevOps, and Terraform integrations, and have a passion for testing, observability, and robust error handling
Qualifications
- Backend development with .NET and ASP.NET Core.
- Frontend work with Angular and TypeScript is a plus.
- Experience designing REST APIs and integrating external systems.
- DynamoDB with conditional writes and optimistic concurrency.
- GitHub, Azure DevOps and Terraform API integrations.
- Background workflows, retries and partial-failure recovery.
- Cognito, Entra, OAuth and OIDC familiarity.
- UI, API and integration testing.
- Docker and container deployment fundamentals.
- Observability tools like CloudWatch and Grafana recommended.
- Serverless/stateless AWS services: API Gateway, ALB, Lambda, Fargate, ECS.
- Strong experience with coding assistants.
