Siemens in Ciudad Juárez is seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead supplier engagements and manage global supply chain tasks. Responsibilities include PO creation/validation, supplier coordination, and expediting materials for production, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has a BS/BA, 8+ years in procurement, advanced Excel, SAP experience, and strong communication.

• BS/BA in related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in the position
• Experienced in SAP, Excel (advanced), Microsoft Office
• Bilingual English – Spanish (proeficient)
• Data driven, high analytical skills. Demonstrated

Responsabilidades

• Creation/validation of purchase orders with supporting documentation
• Establish communication with suppliers, following up on delivery status including coordination and tracking of shipments
• Expedite urgent materials in case of any discrepancy, variation of demand, vendor delays, etc.
• Reconcile supplier invoice discrepancies and execution
• Gap analysis comprehension, detection and, execution
• Lead the purchasing portion of new projects, owning the component until is fully deployed into production
