EQUALS TRUE is seeking a Senior Motion Designer for a remote-first engagement with LATAM coverage. You will lead motion across social, digital campaigns, and multimedia formats, translating creative direction into compelling visuals while maintaining brand consistency.

The role involves end-to-end production leadership, collaboration with designers and developers, and exploration of AI-assisted workflows. This is a 1-month full-time project with USD salary payments via our platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of motion design experience with social-first content.
• Advanced After Effects and 2D/3D animation skills.
• Strong storytelling, typography, and pacing for varied formats.
• Ability to translate concepts into consistent, high-quality motion across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead motion across social, broadcast, display ads, OOH, and web.
• Translate direction and designs into motion graphics and interactive experiences.
• Develop motion concepts balancing expression, rhythm, and goals.
• Create and adapt 2D/3D animations for multiple formats and platforms.
• Own production through revisions, approvals, and delivery.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, strategists, and other motion designers.
• Contribute to shared motion systems and explore AI tools to improve workflows.
