Qualifications

• Proven creative design experience with a strong portfolio of static and motion work.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling in video contexts.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver on time.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality static assets including thumbnails, social graphics, presentation decks, and brand collateral that are polished, on-brand, and built to perform across digital platforms.
• Work within brand systems while bringing genuine creative judgment to every brief.
• Resize and adapt assets across formats and placements efficiently and accurately.
• Create motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, transitions, and other video-adjacent design elements, iterating on feedback from the production team.
• Collaborate with video producers, editors, and creative leads so design assets integrate seamlessly into video output.
• Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts at the brief stage rather than only executing what is handed to you.
• Organize project files and finished assets with clean structure, version control, and deliver them in the correct formats for each use case.
• Communicate proactively on timelines and flag brief gaps before they delay delivery.
