Luxoft is seeking a QA Engineer focused on mobile testing in Mexico. The role involves manual testing across native, hybrid, and mobile web apps on iOS and Android, plus API testing and test design. You will select devices, run tests on real devices and simulators, and contribute to QA reporting.

The candidate should have strong test design skills and experience with Jira/TestRail. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years as a QA Engineer focused on mobile apps.
• Hands-on manual testing for native, hybrid, and mobile web apps on iOS/Android.
• Strong test design skills with equivalence partitioning and boundary value analysis.
• Experience with API testing and traffic inspection tools.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with teams and client to solve issues and verify solutions.
• Design, create, and maintain test cases, checklists, and regression suites.
• Perform manual functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing on mobile apps.
• Define device/OS coverage matrix and test on real devices and simulators.
• Verify app store submission checks and report defects with reproducible steps.
• Contribute to QA reporting and risk assessment during requirements reviews.
