NLB Services in Mexico City (hybrid) is seeking a Sr QE/Test Automation Engineer focused on mobile apps. You will design, develop, and maintain automated tests across iOS and Android to ensure robust quality.

You will integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, review code, mentor juniors, and stay current with mobile testing trends. Strong experience with Appium, Selenium, Espresso, XCTest, and Java/Python/Swift is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in software quality engineering with mobile test automation.
• Proficient in Java, Python, or Swift.
• Strong understanding of mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Appium, Espresso, XCTest.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, or GitLab CI.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications in software testing are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop automated test scripts and frameworks for mobile applications across platforms (iOS and Android).
• Collaborate with QA to analyze requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate test execution.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Execute automated tests to identify defects and performance issues.
• Integrate tests into SDLC including build verification and release validation.
• Monitor test results and investigate failures to identify root causes.
• Work with developers and product managers to prioritize and resolve issues.
• Mentor and support junior QE team members with best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and propose QE process improvements.
