AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to maintain and optimize native iOS and Android apps, with a focus on Swift (70%) and Kotlin (30%). You will lead PoC work to migrate toward React Native and enhance RTC capabilities including WebRTC, SIP, and VoIP push notifications.

The role requires strong problem-solving for voice and network latency challenges and collaboration with client stakeholders on architecture. Remote work with EST overlap is expected.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on mobile development on iOS and Android.
• Proficient in Swift and Kotlin with primary focus on Swift (70%) and Kotlin (30%).
• Exposure to React Native is a plus.
• Strong experience with Real-Time Communication (RTC) including WebRTC, SIP, or VoIP architecture.
• Experience implementing voice-enabled push notifications and handling network latency in mobile apps.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, enhance, and optimize native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) apps.
• Design PoCs to evaluate migrating native apps to React Native.
• Implement and optimize RTC capabilities (WebRTC, SIP, in-app chat).
• Address VoIP issues, latency, and socket reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on mobile architecture and features.
• Lead code reviews and promote best practices for stability and performance.
• Work in an Agile delivery workflow with regular sprints.
