Partner Company in Mexico seeks a Senior Middleware Administrator to manage third-party middleware and enterprise apps. You will oversee Redis, RabbitMQ, Citrix XenApp, Apache Tomcat, and Azure Service Bus environments, performing troubleshooting, log analysis, and patching while ensuring stability and security across Windows and Linux.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, strong English, and independent work capabilities in a senior technical setting.

Formación

• 7+ years managing third-party enterprise products or apps.
• Strong troubleshooting and methodical problem solving.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.
• Hands-on Redis administration.
• Hands-on RabbitMQ administration.
• Citrix XenApp and Apache Tomcat experience.
• Windows and Linux server administration.
• Azure Service Bus administration.
• Scripting with PowerShell is a plus.
• Experience with LAMP stacks and WordPress is advantageous.
• JScape or similar SFTP familiarity is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain third-party middleware platforms.
• Manage Redis, RabbitMQ, Citrix XenApp, Tomcat, and Azure Service Bus environments.
• Troubleshoot middleware, app, and infrastructure issues.
• Parse logs to identify errors, performance problems, and outages.
• Plan patches and updates for third-party products.
• Perform server administration across Windows and Linux environments.
• Support Citrix application delivery infrastructure.
• Maintain middleware operations and respond to incidents.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions.
• Document configurations and maintenance procedures.
