Kyndryl is seeking a Middleware Platform Administrator in Mexico City to join our enterprise IT operations. You will manage middleware environments, ensure high availability, and support deployments with ITIL-aligned processes.

The role requires experience with WebLogic/WebSphere/Tomcat, IBM MQ, Kafka, BPM tools, and strong English. You’ll work with global teams to maintain reliable, scalable integrations.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience supporting or administering middleware platforms in enterprise environments.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and operate middleware platforms supporting integration, messaging, applications, and business processes in enterprise environments.
• Manage, configure, and support application and web servers to ensure availability, performance, and reliability.
• Provide operational support for messaging, integration, BPM, and automation platforms, including monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Execute deployments, configuration changes, patches, and upgrades following ITIL best practices and change management processes.
• Support critical, high-availability environments under defined SLAs, ensuring proper documentation and audit readiness.
