DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to oversee end-to-end Mexican payroll for our workforce, ensuring compliance with tax, labor, and social security obligations while aligning with internal policies.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax and external vendors to process semi-monthly payroll, handle benefits, year-end reporting, and complex payroll adjustments with accuracy and confidentiality.

Formación

• 6–8 years of progressive payroll experience with strong Mexico payroll exposure.
• 5+ years processing payroll for Mexico including year-end activities.
• Experience with medium to large employee populations (500–5,000+).
• Experience in multinational/shared services or outsourced payroll is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage complete Mexico payroll cycles including semi-monthly, off-cycle, bonus, and separations.
• Validate inputs, time data, and vendor postings; reconcile payroll data.
• Perform gross-to-net validation, payroll balancing, and close activities.
• Maintain payroll master data, employee records, deductions, and tax data.
• Serve as SME for Mexico payroll rules, compliance, and internal controls.
• Handle ISR, CFDI, IMSS, INFONAVIT/Fonacot, and state payroll taxes.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax, Benefits, Legal, and external vendors.
