Job summary

Bosch México seeks a Sr. Mechanical Project Leader to act as sub project leader for OEM development, coordinating mechanical activities and leading a cross-functional team. You will ensure on-time delivery, high quality, and safe launch by managing scope, milestones, and resource alignment.

The role requires coordinating internal and external stakeholders, driving risk management, and delivering on defined engineering targets and BOM releases. Relocation support is provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional development teams.
• Experience coordinating mechanical engineering activities across HW, SW and System.
• Strong risk management, planning and budget tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional development team for OEM projects.
• Coordinate all mechanical engineering activities from start to end of production.
• Manage budget, schedule, and quality requirements with stakeholders.
• Perform technical risk assessments and drive issue resolution.
