Bosch is seeking a Hardware Project Leader for Automotive Electronic Power Steering Systems. You will drive hardware development from quotation to mass production release, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, managing budgets, and leading validation and design review activities.

The role requires strong knowledge of automotive hardware, electromechanical systems, and functional safety standards (ISO 26262).

Formación

• Experience in automotive hardware development lifecycle (requirements, design, integration, validation).
• Stakeholder management with customers/suppliers.
• Solid knowledge of electronics: power and analog, schematic/PCB layout, modules.
• Experience with Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSM).
• Experience in budgeting for R&D projects.
• Knowledge of HW testing/validation standards: EMC & environmental testing.
• Strong automotive domain knowledge.
• Functional safety: ISO 26262 & FMEDA is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and logical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage HW customer projects and ensure milestones are met.
• Serve as main technical interface to internal/external stakeholders.
• Manage requirements, planning and coordination of HW engineering validation.
• Oversee R&D project budget costs and monitoring.
• Lead design reviews and hardware releases per internal process.
• Coordinate change management and engineering problem resolution.
• Report project status to senior management.
