Robert Bosch Group seeks a Hardware Project Leader for Automotive Electronic Power Steering Systems, leading HW development from quotation to mass release. You will coordinate with plant, BU, suppliers, and customers, drive validation, and manage budget with a focus on Functional Safety per ISO 26262.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder handling, and deep HW engineering expertise in automotive electronics. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.

Formación

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics or related field and shows 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in HW development for automotive products and ISO 26262 context is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HW customer projects from quotation through mass production release.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and manage project budget.
• Plan and supervise HW validation, testing, and verification activities.
• Ensure functional safety targets are met per ISO 26262.
• Provide project status reports to senior management and drive change management.
