Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Materials Planning Supervisor to lead the materials planning team in Juárez, ensuring production schedules align with inventory targets. You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, monitor stock levels, and drive improvements to reduce delays and costs.

With 5+ years in materials planning and at least 2 years in a leadership role, you will apply SAP and Rapid Response expertise to optimize processes and support Honeywell's manufacturing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field is required.
5+ years of experience in materials planning and supply chain management.
2+ years of experience as a Team Leader in a related role.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the materials planning team to meet production and inventory goals.
Develop and maintain materials planning schedules aligned with production requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock and reduce excess.
Analyze data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the materials planning process.
