Honeywell International, Inc. in Juarez, Chihuahua is seeking a Supply Planner II to drive excellence in our supply chain planning and execution. You will report to the Sr Materials Mgmt Manager and work onsite to deliver robust long-range and short-term plans.

You will partner with the SBG COE, use Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP APO, and Forecast Pro to optimize inventory and service levels, while coaching teams and leading monthly SIOP meetings.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• English advanced.
• 3+ years of experience in Demand Planning/Supply Planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management or related areas.
• Proficiency with planning tools (e.g. RapidResponse, SAP APO, Forecast Pro).
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the SBG COE team as SME to drive standard processes and ensure adherence to global design model.
• Support and drive continuous improvement across supply/inventory planning teams.
• Attend monthly SIOP meetings to approve supply plans and present risks and mitigations.
• Translate business objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve goals and competitive advantage.
• Focus on building a world-class team, deploying Lean Six Sigma techniques and driving KPI performance.
