Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Sr Materials Planning Supervisor in Juarez, Mexico to lead the materials planning team, optimize inventory, and align materials flow with production schedules. You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, monitor stock levels, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce delays and costs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in materials planning and supply chain management.
• 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader.
• English proficient.
• Expertise in inventory control and materials forecasting techniques.
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable plans to improve supply chain performance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise the materials planning team to meet production and inventory goals.
• Develop and maintain materials planning schedules aligned with production requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock and reduce excess.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the materials planning process.
