Jabil is seeking a Planning Leader to guide the workcell planning staff and support the development and implementation of planning strategies and systems. The role emphasizes optimizing costs under supervision of the Planning Manager, ensuring 100% on-time delivery and accurate MPS execution.

Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, and developing the team, establishing clear metrics, and maintaining BOMs, routings, and ERP-based planning processes to meet customer demand and contractual

Formación

• Minimum two years of planning experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• APICS certification and supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, lead times, and production sequencing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and administer the planning staff within the workcell.
• Develop and implement planning strategies and systems.
• Drive on-time delivery and cost optimization.
• Maintain BOMs and routings; ensure accurate MPS and forecasting.
• Coordinate production schedules with manufacturing teams.
• Ensure adherence to policies and continuous improvement.
