Banco Nacional de Mexico, S.A., Integrante Del Grupo Financiero Banamex seeks a Data Quality Analyst to partner with business teams, define data requirements, and drive data governance across platforms. The role blends analytics with risk-aware decision making.

You will apply SQL, Tableau, Collibra, and other tools to improve data quality, deliver insights, and coordinate with IT, operations, and business units in a fast-paced banking environment in Veracruz.

Formación

• 2-5 years of experience with defining and implementing Data Quality programs; Banking or Finance industry preferred
• Proficient in the use of basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Collibra and other Data Governance industry standard tools
• Intermediate proficiency in System Query Language (SQL)
• Working knowledge of Tableau (report consumer, developer, etc.)
• Demonstrated understanding of Database structures
• Flexible, team-oriented and have good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Partners with business teams to develop process improvements, solutions, and streamline operational workflows
• Applies professional judgment and attention to detail when interpreting data and results based on the analysis of information
• May occasionally provide informal guidance or on the job training to new or lower-level team members
• Communicates with tact and diplomacy to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information with project stake holders or internal parties
• Works and coordinates with a multidisciplinary group of business leads, operations managers, and technologists
• Report Data Quality issues through the Data Concern Remediation Management process
• Defines detailed business data requirements and documenting them
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable rules, laws, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgement regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating managing and reporting control issues with transparency
