F5 seeks a Software Engineer III to support and enhance our marketing technology ecosystem, owning health of platforms like Marketo and Salesforce integrations. Youll partner with Marketing Operations and engineering teams to ensure reliable, scalable data flows across marketing, CRM, content, video, and brand assets.

The role focuses on building and supporting SaaS integrations, diagnosing issues, and acting as the primary technical resource for marketing tech workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting SaaS platforms, integrations, or enterprise business systems.
• Experience with Salesforce and Marketo administration, development, or integration support.
• Experience working with REST APIs, web services, and integration technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience supporting production systems and business-critical workflows.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts, architecture decisions, and project status to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical management and ongoing support of the Marketo-Salesforce integration and various other marketing tools with enterprise applications.
• Design, implement, monitor, and maintain integrations between marketing, CRM, content, video and brand assets platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting marketing technology platforms, data flows, and automated processes.
• Serve as the primary engineering point of contact when marketing technology integrations or workflows fail.
• Partner with marketing operations and content marketing teams to improve system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Support integrations with third-party SaaS platforms, including vendor-provided solutions and custom integrations.
• Develop monitoring, alerting, and documentation processes to improve supportability and operational excellence.
• Manage data synchronization and ensure data quality across connected systems.
• Build strong working relationships between Engineering and Marketing teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Act as the internal technical expert for vendor-managed integrations and marketing technology platforms.
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting support during system upgrades, platform enhancements, and new technology implementations.
• Investigate and resolve production issues affecting marketing systems and integrations.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations, workflows, and system configurations.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve platform performance.
