Tiger Analytics is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and support SFMC architectures, ensuring seamless data flow between front-end apps, CRM, and external platforms.

You will drive customer journeys, API integrations, and data pipelines, with a focus on scalability and security in an entrepreneurial environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Demonstrated experience building and supporting complex customer journeys in SFMC.
• Strong proficiency in SFMC-specific languages and tools, including AMPScript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), and SQL.
• Extensive experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) connecting front-end applications to SFMC.
• Experience building data pipelines and integrating SFMC with D360, CDPs, and content management systems.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and data security best practices.
• Preferred: Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Consultant).

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and continuously support intricate customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Build robust data pipelines for integrating SFMC with D360 to ensure accurate and timely data synchronization.
• Integrate front-end applications with SFMC using REST and SOAP APIs to enable real-time personalized user experiences.
• Lead the integration of SFMC with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Content Management Platforms (CMS), and other external enterprise applications.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and ensure all solutions are robust, scalable, and secure.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind our marketing automation and integration efforts. You will focus primarily on designing, building, and supporting complex architectures within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and ensuring seamless data flow between our front-end applications, CRM, and external platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Journeys: Design, build, and continuously support intricate customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
